Shipping Information
Why Does It Take a Few Days?
Every Greetings from Stewart card is printed to order — your card doesn't exist until you buy it. Once your order is placed, it's sent to our print partner, who prints it on premium coated card stock, packs it, and hands it to a courier.
That production process typically takes 2–5 business days before your order even ships. After that, standard delivery times apply.
This is what makes print-on-demand cards different from buying something off a shelf — but it also means zero waste, no overstock, and a card that was made specifically for you.
Where Do Orders Ship From?
We work with print partners in different regions so your card doesn't travel halfway around the world unnecessarily:
- UK & European orders → printed and shipped by Prodigi (UK-based)
- Canadian & US orders → printed and shipped by Printify (North America)
This means UK customers receive their cards from a UK printer — which keeps delivery times shorter and avoids unnecessary customs complications for standard UK orders.
Delivery Estimates by Region
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days total (3–5 production + 2–5 delivery)
- Canada: 5–12 business days total (2–5 production + 3–7 delivery)
- United States: 5–12 business days total (2–5 production + 3–7 delivery)
- Europe: 7–15 business days total (3–5 production + 4–10 delivery)
- Rest of World: 7–15 business days total (3–5 production + 4–10 delivery)
All times are estimates measured in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available from the carrier).
- UK orders: Tracking typically provided via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service
- North American orders: Tracking provided via USPS, Canada Post, or similar
- International orders: Tracking availability varies by destination and shipping method
If you haven't received a dispatch notification within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at greetingsfromstewart@gmail.com with your order number.
Peak Season & Holiday Cutoff Dates
During busy periods, our print partners experience higher volumes — which means production and delivery can take longer than usual.
We strongly recommend ordering early for Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and any other time-sensitive occasion.
Order cutoff dates for guaranteed pre-holiday delivery will be updated each season. When in doubt, order early — a card that arrives a few days ahead of schedule is still a lovely gesture.
International Orders: Customs & Import Duties
If your order is shipping across an international border, it may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country's customs authority.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over customs fees and cannot predict what, if anything, will be charged.
If you're unsure whether import duties apply in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
